Film on a 1.8 kg core for turntable and rotary arm wrappers. We produce it in nine colours.

Coreless machine stretch film
Film without a core, in nine colours and with the same parameters as film on a core. Once it is used up, there is no cardboard left to sort, and every roll change means 1.8 kg less cardboard.

Coloured machine stretch film
Black film hides the load from the view of outsiders. Coloured film helps separate pallets by batch or route.

Machine stretch film with PCR
ReStretch contains 30% PCR recycled content, so it has 30% less virgin polyethylene. We produce it mainly for companies that ship goods to countries requiring recycled content or that are preparing for the PPWR regulation. It is also available in a coreless version.

Power film
Five-layer machine stretch film with added reinforcing polymers. It is stronger than standard film and has a higher stretch, which is why we produce it for heavy loads and high-performance stretch wrappers, in transparent only.

We produce machine stretch film in seven thicknesses: 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 23 and 30 µm. We produce the on-core and coreless versions in nine colours: transparent, black, white, transparent blue, opaque blue, green, red, yellow and orange. We produce cores in grammages of 200–800 g.

Turntable wrapper
The pallet rotates on the turntable, and the film carriage moves vertically.

For 15 minutes our technologist asks about the load, the stretch wrapper and the roll: machine type, mechanical or two-motor stretch, and the number of pallets a day. Result: a film proposal for your stretch wrapper.
You receive the parameters in writing
We write down the thickness, stretch, width and roll weight selected for your stretch wrapper. If you wish, as part of a free audit we also check film consumption per pallet on your line. Result: parameters you can compare with the film you use now.
You check the test batch on your stretch wrapper
You wrap your pallets with it, and we start the series after your confirmation. Result: you know the film works on your stretch wrapper before you order a series.
You order from stock
We keep stock of your item in our warehouse, and further deliveries go out according to your schedule. Result: every delivery has the same parameters and arrives when you need it.
Transport
We deliver film with our own fleet.
We deliver film and cores with our own lorries, so we are responsible for the delivery date and the condition of the load ourselves. Stock of your item waits in our warehouse, and further deliveries go out according to your schedule.

What if the new film does not suit my stretch wrapper settings?
Our technologist selects the thickness, stretch and width for your stretch wrapper, and you receive the parameters in writing. You check the test batch on your stretch wrapper, and we only start the series after your confirmation.
What does the price depend on?
On the thickness, roll weight, on-core or coreless version, colour and monthly consumption. We prepare the quote once we receive this data, and you can agree anything missing with our technologist.
When will the first delivery arrive?
We give the date of the first delivery together with the quote. Further deliveries go out from the stock of your item in our warehouse, according to your schedule.
I need a few rolls straight away.
You can buy smaller quantities straight away in our online shop, with dispatch within 24 h and on the same terms as with your account manager.
Our technologist will contact you and agree the parameters, and then we will prepare a test batch.

Hand stretch film
We produce hand stretch film for wrapping pallets without a stretch wrapper, with rolls of 1–3 kg.
Power film
Power has five layers and a working stretch of 220–350%. It is used for heavy loads.
Pre-stretched
Film pre-stretched at the production stage is 6–11 µm and has no core.
Minirap
Minirap replaces adhesive tape when wrapping parcels and bundles.

We produce cores with a diameter of 28 to 250 mm and cut them to the required length.

Questions about machine stretch film.
Which stretch film for an automatic stretch wrapper?
For turntable and rotary arm wrappers, we produce machine stretch film with a thickness of 10 to 30 µm and a width of 450 or 500 mm. It has a working stretch of 180% and a net weight of 5 to 18.2 kg. For heavy loads and high-performance stretch wrappers, we produce Power film with a working stretch of 220–350%.
How many metres of film are on a machine roll?
The number of metres depends on the thickness: the thicker the film, the fewer metres fit on an 18 kg roll. At 12 µm it is about 2935 m, at 23 µm about 1531 m, and at 30 µm about 1174 m. We agree the roll weight with you when you order, because we produce the cores ourselves.
How does machine stretch film differ from hand stretch film?
They differ in roll weight. A machine roll weighs up to 18.2 kg, so the stretch wrapper runs for a long time without a roll change. You hold hand stretch film in your hand, which is why it weighs 1 to 3 kg. The raw material, thicknesses and working stretch are the same in both.
What does the coreless version give you on the stretch wrapper?
Coreless film has no core, so no cardboard is left at the stretch wrapper to sort. With every roll change, you have 1.8 kg less cardboard to dispose of.
Is machine stretch film available in colours?
Yes, we produce it in nine colours, just like hand stretch film. Black film hides the load from the view of outsiders, and coloured film helps separate pallets by route or batch. We produce Power film in transparent only.
Which film width should you choose for your stretch wrapper?
The standard is 500 mm, and most stretch wrappers take this width. You choose 450 mm when the machine guide is narrower or when you wrap low pallets and want to reduce film consumption per revolution.
