We produce hand stretch film, machine stretch film, Power and minirap in seven thicknesses from 10–30 (10 · 12 · 15 · 17 · 20 · 23 · 30) µm. We also produce hand stretch film, machine stretch film and minirap in nine colours: transparent, black, white, transparent blue, opaque blue, green, red, yellow and orange. We give the stretch as a working value on a typical stretch wrapper. The net weight covers the film only, without the core. Coreless pre-stretched film comes in 300 or 600 m rolls. Dominopack is a stretch film manufacturer based in Piekary Śląskie. We have produced stretch film since 2010, and our 12 lines turn out around 141,000 km of film a month. We deliver film and cores with our own fleet to 1,500 regular customers in eight countries.
We source raw materials from leading European suppliers, always to the same specification. Before the film leaves for you, we check its thickness, winding and tensile strength in every batch. That is why film from the March delivery works on the stretch wrapper the same as film from the November one.

Thickness
We measure the film thickness in every batch. You get exactly as many micrometres as you ordered, and the same number of metres of film from every kilogram.
Winding quality
We check whether the film is wound evenly across its entire width. As a result, it comes off the roll smoothly and does not break on the stretch wrapper.
Tensile strength
We test how much stretch the film withstands before it breaks. This value determines whether the load reaches the recipient in the condition in which you wrapped it.
Special films · Power
Power film for heavy loads.
Power is a machine stretch film made of five layers with added reinforcing polymers. The polymers increase its strength and raise the working stretch to as much as 350%, whereas standard machine stretch film has 180%. At 300% stretch, every metre of film from the roll extends to four metres on the stretch wrapper.

Special films · ReStretch
Eco-friendly stretch film with 30% PCR recycled content.
PCR is post-consumer recycled content, i.e. ground-up recycled film. You work with it just as with ordinary film, without changing the stretch wrapper settings. It is chosen by companies shipping goods to countries where recycled content in packaging is required, and by companies preparing for the PPWR regulation.

Coreless film has no core in the middle of the roll. Once it is used up, there is no cardboard left to sort and store. It is chosen by companies that are reducing waste or have no room to store it.

Yes. Dominopack has produced stretch film in Piekary Śląskie since 2010. We make hand, machine, pre-stretched, minirap, coreless and five-layer Power film, as well as the cores we wind it onto. We deliver the film with our own fleet to 1,500 regular customers in eight countries.
How do you buy stretch film wholesale from the manufacturer?
You buy directly from the manufacturer, that is from us at Dominopack, without a stretch film wholesaler in between. What does a stretch film quote depend on?
We calculate the quote based on the thickness, roll weight, core or coreless version, colour and monthly volume. We prepare the quote once we receive these parameters, and give the delivery date together with it.
Do you deliver stretch film on a fixed schedule?
Yes. We keep stock of your item in our warehouse and deliver it with our own transport according to your production schedule.
What is pre-stretched film?
It is film pre-stretched at the production stage. It has a thickness of 6–11 µm and comes in 300 or 600 m rolls. It is used to wrap light loads, and less of it is used per pallet than ordinary hand stretch film.
Which stretch film thickness should you choose?
We produce hand and machine stretch film in thicknesses of 10–30 µm, and pre-stretched film in 6–11 µm. We match the thickness to the pallet weight and the shape of the load. First you talk to our technologist, and then you check the selected film on your stretch wrapper in a test batch.
What is stretch film made of?
We produce stretch film from LLDPE polyethylene. Power has five layers and added reinforcing polymers. ReStretch is an eco-friendly stretch film with 30% PCR recycled content, i.e. ground-up recycled film. We add recycled content to hand stretch film, machine stretch film, coreless film and minirap.
Can I test stretch film before ordering?
Yes. We make a test batch matched to your stretch wrapper and load, and you check it on your line. We start the series order after your confirmation.
How does Power film differ from ordinary machine stretch film?
It differs in structure and stretch. Power has five layers and added reinforcing polymers, it is stronger, and its working stretch is 220–350%. Standard machine stretch film has a stretch of 180%. We intend Power for heavy loads and high-performance stretch wrappers.
