What happens after you send an enquiry?
We confirm your enquiry
Your enquiry goes to the sales department. An adviser calls back or replies during working hours, Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00. Result: you know who is handling your topic.
Conversation about packaging
We ask about your stretch wrapper, load and film consumption, or about your roll and winder. If you wish, our technologist will come for a free packaging audit. Result: you have a proposal of parameters.
Offer and test batch
You receive the offer by e-mail and test the test batch on your stretch wrapper or winder. Result: you know the product works for you before you order a series.
Regular deliveries
We keep stock of your item in our warehouse and deliver it with our own transport according to your schedule. Result: every delivery has the same parameters as the test batch.

Can I collect the goods in person?
Yes, from our warehouse in Piekary Śląskie. Arrange the collection in advance with the logistics department, which will prepare the goods for your arrival.
