We produce minirap and the cores for it. That is why we can prepare the roll in the weight you need, in a width of 100 to 400 mm, in one of seven thicknesses and nine colours. You wrap parcels and bundles with it using one hand, without adhesive, and deliveries go out from stock in our warehouse, always to the same specification.

Versions
Six versions of minirap.
We produce minirap on fi38 and fi50 cores and with a handle, in five widths, in thicknesses from 10 to 30 µm and in nine colours.
Minirap on a fi38 core
Fi38 is the standard core diameter. Minirap on it works in the hand or on a spindle.

Applications
Minirap for parcels, bundles and cables.
You match the roll width to the circumference of what you are fastening, and the thickness to its weight and shape.
Parcels and cartons
Minirap closes the carton and fastens documents to it. The film is torn off with a twist, without a knife.

The film holds the bundle around its entire circumference, whereas tape holds it at only a few points. This way the bundle keeps its shape in transport.

We produce the roll in the agreed weight, on a ∅ 38 or ∅ 50 mm core or with a handle. Result: every delivery has the same parameters.
You order from stock
Further deliveries go out from our warehouse according to your schedule. Result: minirap arrives when you need it.
Transport
We deliver film with our own fleet.
We deliver film and cores with our own lorries, so we are responsible for the delivery date and the condition of the load ourselves. Stock of your item waits in our warehouse, and further deliveries go out according to your schedule.

Will minirap hold parcels as well as tape does?
Minirap holds the parcel or bundle around its entire circumference, whereas tape holds it at only a few points. We only start the series after you confirm the test batch, so you can check this on your own parcels before you order.
What does the price depend on?
On the width, thickness, core diameter, colour, roll weight and monthly consumption. We prepare the quote once we receive this data, and you can agree anything missing with the sales department.
When will the first delivery arrive?
We give the date of the first delivery together with the quote. Further deliveries go out from the stock of your item in our warehouse, according to your schedule.
I need a few pieces straight away.
You can buy smaller quantities straight away in our online shop, with dispatch within 24 h and on the same terms as with your account manager.
The sales department will contact you, agree the width, thickness and roll weight, and then prepare a test batch.

Hand stretch film
We produce hand stretch film for wrapping pallets without a stretch wrapper, in rolls of 1–3 kg.
Machine stretch film
We produce machine stretch film for stretch wrappers, with rolls of up to 18.2 kg.
Power film
Power has five layers and a working stretch of 220–350%. It is used for heavy loads.
Pre-stretched
Film pre-stretched at the production stage is 6–11 µm and has no core.
Cardboard cores
We produce cores with a diameter of 28 to 250 mm and cut them to the required length.
Questions
Questions about minirap.
Which minirap width should you choose?
For cables and small parts choose 100 mm, and for parcels and cartons 125 or 166 mm. You can wrap bundles of profiles, pipes and larger packs with 250 or 400 mm minirap. If you are torn between two widths, check both in a test batch.
Does minirap leave marks on the product?
It does not. Minirap holds by the stretch of the film and has no adhesive, so nothing is left on the surface once it is removed. That is why it replaces tape where the product has to stay clean.
Which minirap thickness for parcels?
For light parcels and kitting small parts, 10 to 15 µm is enough. For bundles of profiles and pipes, where the film works on edges, choose 20 to 30 µm. We produce minirap in seven thicknesses, so you match the thickness to the weight and shape of what you wrap.
Is minirap available in colours?
Yes. We produce it in nine colours: transparent, black, white, transparent blue, opaque blue, green, red, yellow and orange. The working stretch of coloured minirap is the same as that of transparent minirap.
Can minirap be ordered in a non-standard width?
Yes. We can prepare a width not listed in the table to order, because we produce the cores ourselves. Give us the width, thickness and roll length you need.
How does minirap differ from pallet film?
It differs in roll width and application. Minirap, i.e. mini stretch film, is 100 to 400 mm wide and wraps parcels, bundles and parts. Pallet film is 450 or 500 mm wide and stabilises the load on the pallet. The raw material and working stretch are the same in both.
