E-commerce Specialist
Specialist
You develop the group's online sales: shop, marketplaces, marketing and social media. You work with individual customers and help shape the development of the e-commerce department.
What the role looks like in practice
- strategic management of marketing for the group
- running social media
- managing sales channels: online shop, Allegro, Temu, Erli and supporting applications
- creating and optimising offer templates and descriptions
- co-creating and optimising content marketing
- product positioning on marketplace platforms
- analysis of the product market and competitors' activities
- cooperation with providers of services supporting e-commerce sales
- implementing solutions that develop sales and the e-commerce department
Skills we are looking for
- very good knowledge of online marketing mechanisms
- strong skills in running social media
- at least 2 years' experience in online sales
- proficiency in Allegro, IdoSell, BaseLinker and Excel
- analytical thinking and project management experience
- knowledge of English
