Business support specialist
This position is more than office assistance. You work at the meeting point of sales, production and operations, every day with concrete tasks and a real influence on how the company works. We combine production, sales and logistics in the traditional channel and in e-commerce.
What the role looks like in practice
- issuing sales documents (invoices, goods issue notes) for domestic and international customers
- coordinating orders and cooperation between customers and production
- handling enquiries, preparing offers and maintaining customer relationships
- phone and e-mail contact with customers, drivers and consignees
- registering returns and complaints
- supporting sales representatives and the e-commerce team in completing sales
- waybills, labels and transport documents, domestic and international
- work in ERP/CRM systems: invoices, settlements, item codes and BOM
- supporting the chief accountant, weekly reports (margins, sales summaries), stocktaking
- taking part in implementing automation and AI tools in everyday work
Skills we are looking for
- knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
- practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- sales skills: you understand sales and are not afraid of customer contact
- understanding of production or logistics processes
- openness to new technologies and AI tools, willingness to learn
- good time management, a methodical approach and responsibility

- experience in a similar position
