B2B Sales and Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a salesperson who does not wait for enquiries but builds and develops their own customer portfolio. We give you an established sales system, tools and training, and the performance bonus has no upper limit.
What the role looks like in practice
- actively acquiring new B2B customers, not just handling incoming enquiries
- planning and developing your own portfolio based on numerical targets, not a list of activities
- commercial and technical advice on stretch film and cardboard cores
- preparing offers and negotiating terms of cooperation
- managing the customer in the CRM system, from first contact to order
- reporting results and working together on sales strategy
Skills we are looking for
- experience in B2B sales, preferably of a physical product, in industry or packaging
- the ability to acquire customers independently, not just maintain relationships
- thinking in numbers: margin, target, portfolio, not just “number of calls”
- readiness to work in CRM and analytical tools
- openness to AI tools that support prospecting and preparing offers (we teach everything)
- category B driving licence and readiness to travel to customers
Nice to have
- technical education or background
- knowledge of English (contact with international suppliers and customers)
