HR and Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced person who combines solid expertise with openness to new solutions. We want someone independent and communicative who can propose a better way of doing things, not just follow routines. The company is changing, and we expect HR processes to keep up.
What the role looks like in practice
- comprehensive handling of HR matters, from recruitment and hiring to termination of employment
- operating the working time recording system, settling leave and benefits
- calculating and settling salaries, benefits and business travel expenses
- declarations, returns and reports: ZUS, US, Płatnik, PFRON, PPK
- monitoring deadlines for medical examinations and health and safety training
- certificates of employment and salary, RP-7 documents
- optimising and standardising HR and payroll processes, reports for the management board
- bank transfers and day-to-day support for the accounting department
Skills we are looking for
- very good knowledge of labour law, social insurance and personal income tax (PIT)
- relevant education or specialist training confirmed by certificates
- at least 3 years' experience in an independent HR and payroll position
- proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- independence, accuracy and punctuality
Nice to have
- knowledge of Comarch Optima
- experience with Saldeo Smart or similar document workflow platforms
- using AI tools in everyday work
- references confirming your skills
