Warehouse and Internal Logistics Manager

We are growing faster than our warehouse and internal logistics can keep up with. We are looking for someone to take full responsibility for the warehouse and the warehouse team: design the processes, connect them with the ERP and build a structure that keeps pace with our growth. This is not a “do the tasks on the list” position, but a “design how this area will work a year from now” one.

What the role looks like in practice

  • full responsibility for the warehouse and the warehouse team: organisation, priorities, results
  • designing and implementing warehouse processes (receiving, issuing, picking, stocktaking) and connecting them with the system
  • team management: allocating tasks, work standards, skills development, performance assessment
  • overseeing the timeliness and accuracy of order fulfilment, reducing shipping errors
  • planning and carrying out regular stocktaking
  • warehouse management for two product lines: stretch film and cardboard cores, including rotation and material flow
  • cooperation with production, logistics and sales in stock planning and order fulfilment
  • regular reporting to the management board: results, risks, recommendations for decisions
  • overseeing health and safety and the technical condition of warehouse equipment: forklifts, systems, scanners
  • optimising the use of warehouse space for the growing scale of the business

What success looks like after 6 months

  • warehouse processes designed, implemented and connected with the ERP
  • the team works to agreed standards, and the manager manages its results and development
  • measurable improvement in the punctuality and accuracy of shipments compared with the starting point
  • a regular, planned stocktaking cycle
  • regular reporting to the management board: what works, what does not and what decisions are needed

Skills we are looking for

  • experience in managing a warehouse and a warehouse team, not just working in a warehouse
  • the ability to build and enforce processes, not just follow existing ones
  • proficiency in ERP systems or a genuine readiness to learn them quickly
  • the ability to lead a team: setting goals, holding people accountable for results, difficult conversations
  • responsibility for logistics equipment and tools, including overseeing the team's UDT (technical inspection) licences
  • readiness to report directly and regularly to the management board

We offer

  • real influence on how the warehouse and internal logistics will work, rather than following someone else's pattern
  • stable employment in a growing manufacturing company
  • direct contact with the management board and decision-making authority in your area
  • salary appropriate to the scope of responsibility, agreed at the interview based on experience
  • onboarding support: system, team, processes
